铝板,带,箔材的缺陷分析:

根据缺陷对于质量的影响和标准规定分:

1:不允许有的缺陷:

这类缺陷意味着产品绝对报废,他包括使组织不致密,晶粒度破坏,夹杂物,过烧等。

2:允许有的缺陷:

这类缺陷在标准上作了具体规定或可以归类到某种已做规定的缺陷里,虽然降低了产品的综合性能,但仍可以使用。例如:气泡,波浪,擦划伤,压过划痕等。允许轻微存在的缺陷有:压折,非金属压入等。符合标准的缺陷有:小黑点,折伤等。

3:其他缺陷:标准里没有明确规定和虽然有规定但不具体的缺陷。如:水痕,花纹等。

2: Permitted defects:

For example: bubbles, waves, scratches, pressed scratches, etc. Minor defects allowed include: folding, non-metallic indentation, etc. Defects that meet the standards include small black dots, folds, etc.

3: Other defects: Defects that are not clearly specified in the standard and are not specific despite being specified. Such as water marks, patterns, etc.

厚度用0.01毫米的千分尺测量

长宽及对角线用精度为1毫米的尺测量

不平度将板材自由置于平台上,待平稳后,测量板与平台的最大间隙,即不平度。

板材的不平度分:纵向不平度(d/L长度不平)。横向不平度(d/W宽度不平)和局部不平度(d/R局部)三类。

铝卷的防腐防氧化措施是:

Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Oxidation Measures for Aluminum Coils

1)加强空气干燥的管理,确保压缩空气中无水。

 Strengthen the management of air drying to ensure no moisture in the compressed air.

2)加强轧制油的管理,其含水量控制在0.04%以下。

Enhance the management of rolling oil, controlling its moisture content below 0.04%.

3)铝箔卷的包装应采用密封包装,同时每卷应放入适量的干燥剂。

 Aluminum foil coils should be packaged in airtight packaging, with an appropriate amount of desiccant placed in each coil package.

4)包装箱的木轴、箱板的湿度不大于18%,包装铝卷的温度不大于45

The moisture content of the wooden shafts and boards of the packaging boxes should not exceed 18%, and the temperature of the aluminum coils during packaging should not exceed 45℃.

5)由低温区运入温度高、湿度大的地区时,不要立即开启密封包装。

When transporting aluminum coils from a low-temperature area to an area with high temperature and high humidity, do not open the airtight packaging immediately.

(6)车间、仓库房顶有漏雨、雪的地方,不应放置铝卷。

Aluminum coils should not be placed in areas of the workshop or warehouse where the roof leaks rain or snow.
